Water Distribution

Water is distributed into our houses through several processes. First, the cold water comes from several mains, such as PAM or sewage. This cold water is then pumped into the house’s plumbing system and then distributed to the water appliances, such as the sink, wash basin, toilet, bathtub, and of course the cold water tank. After it has reached the cold water tank, water is then distributed into the hot water tank where it undergoes some heating process and is turned into hot water. The hot water is then distributed again to the sink, bathtub and wash basin. This process is repeated numerous times in our daily life.

Water Distribution

Water is used for many purposes. Before it can be used, water goes trough many phases to reach our house. Firstly, the water company supplies water to its customers by underground main pipes. Then, it is distributed to our home appliances such as sink, toilet, wash basin and bathtub. After this step, the water is ready to use. However, the water supplied by the water company is cold while some people also need hot water. To get hot water, the cold one is transmitted to a cold water tank. Next, the water flows to the hot water tank. Then, the hot water will be distributed to the home appliances. Finally, we can use both the cold and hot water.

Water Distribution

There are two types of water distribution, the hot water and the cold water. Started from the mains, water distributed into two section. First is going to the sink section and the other one is divided again into 4 section, the toilet, wash basin, bath, and cold water tank. From the cold water tank, the water is supplied into the hot water tank where the cold water is heated. After being heated, the hot water distributed into two section. For the first section, hot water go straight into the sink. The other section distributed the hot water into bath and wash basin.

Water Distribution

Water that we use at home is distributed from the water company directly to every house. In the house, the water is distributed again to some household tools such as the sink, the wash basin, bathtub, toilet, and many other water taps. Some of it is also saved in the cold water tank. The cold water tank is connected to the hot water tank, where the water will be heated to produce hot/warm water. The water is then distributed again to the same household tools, so that the owner of the house can use either cold water or hot water to wash, take a bath, etc.

Naniura, The Bataknese Sushi

Naniura is one of the Bataknese authentic cuisines. Basically, it is an uncooked gold fish. The fish is marinated with lime juice, tamarind and other spices. It is believed that the lime juice and spices ‘cook’ the fish naturally. That is the reason why there are no more raw fish textures in this food. This fish is tasteful because of the richness of spices used in making it. Hot and sour sensations dominate naniura taste. Usually, it is served at Bataknese traditional ceremonies.
